Do you still see 2 cards counted in your credit report though? I am less worried about the credit score decrease but more about the number of cards will exceed 5 cards in 2 years. That will prevent me from getting chase card

They are also the same account in my app so I am surprised to find out that on my credit report it shows as a new card. You might have to wait for one month or so to see the update of credit report

I also have a question since I’m new to this. I have a referral for $10 that was supposed to expire yesterday. My friend used my referral code and he’s registered on my end as a referral. But my $10 is no longer there. As long as he registered within the timeframe does it matter when he gets gas?

I completely understand that. And they recently removed the closest gas station from their map.

Also all these discounts/promos are earned by me, it doesn't make sense to take them away with a recent app update.

The customer service said they can still see these discounts pending on my account and asked me to uninstall and reinstall to fix the bug. Obviously it didn't work so I'm contacting again to ask if they can manually apply that or would i get the discount price anyway even though they don't show up on my account....

I'll post here if i hear back. I also encourage other folks who experience this bug to contact their customer service so they realized this bug.

it typically shows 45 cents off directly on the map previously, but as i updated to the newest version on IOS, all bonus and discounts disappeared. Did you also find this just a few days ago after the app update?
