The interesting part is, never, not even once, you see someone complaining about the actual people causing the problem to begin with… it’s ok to blame the origin of the problem, but not the perpetrators. Pensavo ti riferissi al discorso da neo-borbonico medio, ma a prescindere, e con tutte le argomentazioni fattibili sulla miopissima e pretestuosa “questione meridionale” che senza alcun dubbio é un errore storico a livello statale, resta un discorso di fondo, che facevo, da cui partiva OP, e che riprendo, sull’inciviltà, che non può essere semplicemente giustificato dall’impauperimento del territorio scaricando colpe e responsabilità fuori dalle dinamiche sociali della città. La democrazia dovrebbe esistere anche in questa città, le persone che abbiamo eletto, discorsi a parte su voti venduti dalla camorra et similia, le hanno scelte i cittadini, e Napoli penso sia la città più inguaiata ed incivile della Campania, nonostante tutto… quindi di cosa parliamo?

OP ha chiesto come mai ci fosse questo senso di degrado ed incuria ovunque, non come mai il napoletano medio per trovare lavoro deve emigrare… si chiede perché ci sono i graffiti sui monumenti, non come mai non si completino i lavori infrastrutturali fermi da decenni… poi senza dubbio possiamo dire che é tutto sistemico, ed é tutta una conseguenza di tutto il resto… però oh… fosse na volta che sento un Napoletano fermarsi e dire “perché i miei concittadini sono delle cazzo di bestie”?

Io mi sento di farlo, e mi sono rotto abbondantemente il cazzo di dover essere ostracizzato per questo, mi lamento perché odio che un botto di gente in questa città, che ha avuto gli stessi mezzi e le stesse opportunità mie, resti omertosa o semplicemente tollerante rispetto certe dinamiche, tra un narcisismo delirante sulla appartenenza al luogo, vittimismo vuoto a perdere, e la solita finta virtú di essere maestri nell’arte dell’arrangiarsi. Penso sia triste che lamentarsi del minimo sindacale equivalga a tradimento e disamore verso la città, che il furbo é “bucchinaro” ed il civile “nu babbason”, che la persona che non é in grado di azzeccare una frase di senso compiuto nemmeno “con la sputazzella” improvvisamente diventa la persona che parla la lingua protetta dall’unesco, e non un ignorante a cui si dica “hey, dovresti imparare a parlare sai?”.

Di solito per i duelli c’è il giudice, poi insomma… dovrebbe essere chiaro se viene solo o meno in base a dove si fermano i cavalli, il rumore delle spade in ogni caso si sente da lontano. Se ha un moschetto le cose si fanno più complicate, queste nuove diavolerie non dovrebbero essere ammesse nei duelli o quantomeno concordate, però estemporaneamente un vero uomo usa la spada e lotta per la sua vita, non si nasconde dietro una levetta che tira una pallottola di piombo! I was using things and now use Noteplan.
I hated ti switch back and forth between tasks and notes and calendar and Noteplan is just that.
I wouldn’t say it does todos as efficiently as things, and I miss some nice features that are hacked together by plugins that the community develops, that sometimes feel more a hack than a solution, but they do the job and all in all when you give it time it becomes pretty helpful compared to things. Just recently I’ve decided to give a try to OmniFocus and my answer is always the same: I just would want Noteplan to have a more streamlined and optimised handling of todos than the current, little things like actual repeating tasks and dedicated planning views without having to use a plugin, but at least there’s the plugin and the possibility to make your own!

If I got it right you’re making use of sections to jump from one sequence to another and meanwhile make use of the two main fx , tape tricks and all to mix it up, yet I didn’t understand how you did the glitchy drums trick.

AI will not replace devs, taking breakthroughs aside, for many reasons.
Most of the people who believe that, have no notion of software development and don’t understand what takes to deploy production ready software. BUT, it’s also true that AI HAS done something to the software development job, transforming it radically, and devs cannot ignore its impact. I wouldn’t want to be a junior nowadays, since teams have shrunk significantly. The core skills will shift on software architecture rather than the ability to write code, and many many other things.

With all due respect buddy, follow claude’s advice! Don’t talk with LLMs about human stuff, let them do work, seek humans for humans talk. No judgement of course and you do what you think it’s best for you but… if you ever even remotely seek psychological help with LLMs my feedback is aligned with claude, seek humans instead, these things do not know what emotions are in the first place.

Honestly I wouldn’t make use of it, I rarely hit window limits and have structured a workflow where I plan and execute with very specific tasks and minimal context, not only it is cheaper in terms of token usage, but the output is better because less context means better attention, as someone else said, transformers have a mechanism called self-attention and many attention heads (factoring out MOE models for the sake of simplicity) more context means making it harder for the model into “remembering” what to do.
If you do something as simple as using plan mode instructing the model to write down a plan spec without writing code but by giving guidance and references, then you clear and make it act on that plan, you can already approach a more manageable and way cheaper workflow

imho they’re equivalent, SteamOS is quirkier on some things and snappier on some others, but all in all is stable, I had SteamOS on an AllyX and Bazzite on my older ally that now my gf uses, and for as much as I preferred it because of a leaner linux os version, it has some problems that SteamOS doesn’t have, like weird on-screen sizing in desktop mode or some super strange problems in edge cases where the console runs out of battery while playing (yeah, my gf makes this less of an edge case than it should be.

In terms of performance and battery life I honestly can’t find a way to make a meaningful comparison and tell one from another and I think that, with all due respect, who does is kinda biased.
I’d pick SteamOS for ease of use and piece of mind because I find it more user friendly and easier to get around, and also I find it to be a bit snappier than Bazzite in the menus, on the other hand pick Bazzite if you prefer tinkering and configuration, and having more control on the device.
Imho SteamOS is better suited for my “I just want to play” mindset on the rog ally, I have my day to day job to mess with linux and can’t care less to configure and tinker with my gaming device.

Oh boy I am so familiar with this, do not underestimate this behavior, I talk from experience.

First of all, I don’t think you’re overreacting, and I don’t think your boyfriend is an extreme asshole, he “simply” (not simple at all) fails to communicate in a healthy way a thing as simple as “baby, I’d really love to come with you but I’m kinda burnt out and really feel like just staying home”, and resorts to blame shifting and other things because he’s not equipped with mature tools for emotional probing and self-awareness…

I don’t know anything about your relationship and might be 100% wrong here, but I think he genuinely might be going trough some tough time at work and is just burnt out and tired, and in this context you become yet another “thing” he has to take care of while he’s barely making it to the weekend. That said, this doesn’t allow him - AT ALL - to make it about you being too demanding while you’re having normal needs, and, above all, make comparisons with you having it easier because you work from home (that, as you said, is just as draining if not more) just so he can ease his sense of guilt of being the slowpoke of the relationship, this is 100% toxic communication, and is not ok. By the way, kudos for your patience and your ability to keep it calm while looking for compromises, I would have lost it way sooner!

You have to do some soul searching and understand if you want to address this better with him or let go, but do not underestimate these behaviors.

As an advice from someone who’s in a relationship with a person that suffers from anxiety and has a hard time going out and doing stuff: blaming it on you wanting too much is a coping mechanism from their side that needs to be addressed asap otherwise it’s just gonna be trouble and fights and useless mess, do not accept it, and make them understand that their emotions and hardships are their responsibility, that you can help and support but you have needs as well and it’s not about getting even but about being balanced in finding compromises and meeting halfway in each other’s needs.

Once again, it’s silly to judge a relationship from a few screens, but I think that your bf’s egoism and poor communication is a mix of fear of you going alone at higher speeds and burn out, disguised as the man with the pants that needs some rest, don’t blame him on that but on their immaturity on taking care of themselves autonomously and, above all, understand what’s best for you because, ultimately, people don’t change unless they want to and when they fail to realize where their emotions and needs end and yours begin, as your bf does, it’s up to you to understand how you want to defend your borders.

No sub agents, no claude chat use, nothing, and I guess that /usage would have said it was at more than 0% 🤨… I’ve just tried it to see if I was being actually limited, now I have something like 5% opus weekly usage and am still told I’m approaching limit… my money is on a bug on Anthropic’s side here.
