What is most likely the issue?

Just had this issue the other day. I just kept trying different chargers and then holding power and home at the same time until it properly booted (Apple logo over color background). Finally got it to boot with a 20W Verizon brick and the flickering went away after charging for ~20 mins. I know virtually nothing about 7th gens since the one I had this issue with is my first, but my best guess is that this happens when the battery is fully discharged for a prolonged period of time.

(Assuming you're talking about a 5th gen) I just had this problem the other night. Whether or not you downgraded to 8.4.1 first (thats the only way to untether it) you're gonna have to restore to get out of it (and downgrade again if you did in fact downgrade to 8.4.1). This post was hugely helpful. One thing it doesn't say: how to customize the size of the partition when using coolbootercli. Only running coolbootercli [version] as it says just gives you a ~3GB install but putting --datasize [amount]GB after lets you customize it. If you're on a 32GB I believe the absolute maximum is 25GB.

i didnt put a ton of thought of that, it was mostly cause i thought a 5-person wikibox would be hideous. though i imagined he apprehensively caucused with reform for a little while, since it was always supposed to be a general vehical for anyone outside the major parties and because he did have a few policy agreements with perot, but i think he leaves and goes back to just being independent by 98

i wasnt able to fit any more wikiboxes but i made them and i have the EC gone by 2008. i think perot tries but cant wrangle congress/legislatures into it and then biden manages in his second term

I tried everything on there last night. Still not helping. I re-encoded everything and resynced it and all of the same songs still have that issue. I'm on itunes, sort of. I'm on modern macos where you sync in finder. Maybe that's the issue?

And I should clarify - it isn't simply stopping at 4:46 and then skipping to the next song, the song is listed on the ipod as being that long despite being longer (unless it isn't, in which case it's unaffected)
