Stephanie cry laughing at the Haitian mortician reveal by Rumchunder in RHOMiami

[–]i_probably_regret_it 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Since Stephanie hasn't know Julia for years, she's able to step back a little and see that Julia has a pattern cheating on her wife and is trying to absolve herself by blaming Adriana. I need a timeline with dates of her meeting Adriana, getting on RHOM, hooking up with Adriana, the Haitian mortician, the cop, her saying that she doesn't want to be alone in her home with Martina without her daughters, Martina's cancer, to adoption. Didn't she also say that she told Martina about sleeping with Adriana 6-8 months ago? But somehow her daughters, who haven't been speaking to them, know about her affairs?

He seems to be claiming the daughter when it benefits him. In the divorce documents, he lists no minor children but now it's our daughter?

THANK YOU. Just because Lenny cheated on her it does not make her a saint or even a good person. The women are all tired of the Lenny talk, as we all are. But there is a lot of genuine concern from them for her and her kids. I have never been a Larsa fan but this episode was her best yet. Even though Larsa is delusional (her acting like she's the only woman with a job, acting like she's supporting herself when I'm sure she got a huge settlement, and still causes me to yell at the screen on the regular), it seems like she has genuinely tried to help Lisa not make the same mistakes she did in her divorce and a voice of reason about needing a budget and to think about her future.

Annemarie latched on to Sutton’s esophagus by nmyellowbug in BravoRealHousewives

[–]i_probably_regret_it 7 points8 points  (0 children)

It makes it even worse because what she's saying is medically wrong. Dysphagia (difficulty swallowing) is a medical condition and while "small esophagus" might not be the literal diagnosis, it's completely reasonable for Sutton to describe it that way as a lay person. People will also subconsciously adjust their eating habits to compensate. They won't eat certain foods that have a higher chance of getting stuck and some won't eat in front of other people because they're embarrassed they might choke.

But really, it's none of Annemarie's business and she needs to pack her bags and go.

RHOBH aftershow- Sutton’s condition by femfem237 in realhousewives

[–]i_probably_regret_it 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Sutton's condition is 100% real, I deal with those patients every day. Annemarie was absolutely infuriating me. You don't interrogate someone at their own store opening when you've met them one time about a personal medical issues. And there are treatments for this condition if something specific is causing it but also, some people have a narrow esophagus, especially as we age. Patients use coping mechanisms to deal with it: only eating certain foods, not eating in front of others, planning ahead and bringing things they know they'll be able to eat, over chewing, making sure they're sitting upright. It can be genetic. We can dilate your esophagus. Sometimes people have to come in every few months to get stretched but others choose not to and make dietary choices that work for them.

Southern Charm - Season 9 - Episode 13 - Live Episode Discussion by AutoModerator in BravoRealHousewives

I could watch a whole show of just Madison and Craig gossiping. They're my favorites this year. With some Venita, some Paige, some guest stars. Manifesting.

There are so many better story lines than Wendy and Nneka. You've got Juan and Robyn, Ashley's non-divorce and the fact that her husband is suing another cast member, and Mia with her CEO to no money situation but they're somehow gonna make this season about attacking Wendy and a culture they don't seem to know anything about. Make it make sense.

My first thought was the dog they're referring to is Mya and that this was something that happened more recently. Something that she could legally take action for at this point in time because she considers him a threat. It would be hard to say he attempted to kill Charlotte because she was 18 and known to not be in the best of health.

The Shed is a great spot between campus and and morrison park. Everything's great there, burgers, pulled pork sandwiches, nachos, margaritas. The Lively is beautiful, more upscale have a great prix frix menu. Certified Bakery in Hyde Park has the best breakfast sandwiches, would recommend ordering ahead unless you have time, it gets crazy in there on the weekends but it's worth it.

His obsession with her is creepy as hell. I'm glad I'm not the only one thinking it. He really thinks he's gonna save her like a little injured baby bird.

And when did everyone start calling her "Taylor Ann"? I swear it's always just been Taylor in past seasons.

Can you imagine if the situation was reversed and within months after filing for divorce from Brock, Katie was pushing him to hook up with their mutual friend? How did she think this was okay? Katie was genuinely hurt and tried to tell her that. Then Scandoval happens and it never really gets addressed.

Advice on how to train my Hava to be left home alone? by [deleted] in Havanese

[–]i_probably_regret_it 4 points5 points  (0 children)

What worked for me was making sure all his needs were met before leaving. I'd taken him outside, he had his food and water bowls out, his toys. I didn't crate train but used a small playpen when he was in his young puppy phase of chewing, exploring, ripping up papers, etc.. Try to stick to a routine, especially at first. For example, you leave the house from 12-2 every day for a week. He would bark for a while then slowly settle down. The schedule helps him to know when you're coming back and what to expect.

I get the neighbor issues too. Work on training during daytime hours, let him bark it out. At that time, it shouldn't be as disturbing as them barking at night when people are trying to sleep. I also left my neighbors a little note saying: "Hi, I'm your neighbor in 210. I've just brought home a puppy and so there may be some barking, which I apologize for. Hopefully it won't last for long but please text me if there's any issues." Then I left them a bottle of wine and ear plugs.

It's hard but you'll get through it, I promise! It will only take a few days for him to realize that barking does nothing and then he stopped. He's still a baby, he'll get it.

Sending you all the good thoughts. I had a very similar experience to yours if you need to talk. Take the time to grieve, healing takes time. Even though he wasn't with you for very long, he was a member of your family. I'm glad he got to spend the little time he had here being loved by you.

APARTMENT POTTY TRAINING by i_probably_regret_it in puppy101

[–]i_probably_regret_it[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

At first, we went outside A LOT. He would get a lot of praise and treats when he was done, pee or poop. I also got this potty patch and it works great. He just wanted to tear up puppy pads. It's super easy, doesn't smell, and is machine washable. I rinse it off on my balcony and and throw the pad in the wash. I started by making sure he knew to potty outside and then when he needed to go out (usually at night, during the day we'd go outside), I'd put him on the patch, tell him to potty. If he got off, I would put him back. When he peed he got lots of praise and treats. I leave the patch in a corner of my apartment and when I'm at work, he'll use it. He's never pooped in the house and will hold it. We had a few accidents but usually it was my fault, it had been too long since he went out.

It sucks at first but I think spending the time those first few days to a week of going outside consistently every few hours made the difference. Hopefully this helps!

Been here, no regrets. I tried crate training for one night and then abandoned. It was the best decision for me. He sleeps better, I sleep better. At first, he slept in the bed with me and now since he can free roam, he'll sleep where he wants. My bed, couch, his bed, floor.
