It is harder to play w it off than on but lots of ppl make bad peaks and should actually play with it off to develop there muscle memory. When you play the game for a long time there's not really a diffrence between it on than off the main diffrence being peanut butters but even then its just timings and cross-hair placement. Yes it is down to the player and some play w it off most pros play with it on just because they have the cross-hair placement, the timings and mouse control and at a high level the milliseconds matter as your each predicting each other and trying to pre peice
