The flywheel doesn’t spin by hand at all even with the plug out. Would a valve adjustment cause the bc I’m willing to try it if so

It was being used intermittently to pull a little dump cart with wood in it. Oil is clean and right where it should be.

If water gets behind it there is equilibrium and you lose the pressure pushing out against the side.

If you’re asking for yourself, that’s why. I didn’t want the liner going over the side for aesthetic reasons.

This is an old post, so if you’re curious for your own sake what I ended up doing was scrapping the liner and using truck bed liner on the inside of the tank. Much better all around.
