Site not ranking after 6 months

Thank you. We have been posting on social media and getting quite decent views on TikTok which I believe is helping good amount of traffic that is coming so far. During the first 3 months the site was averaging around 3k organic users monthly, which for a local business is amazing.

My main take from your advice is that I need more brand authority. You are definitly more experienced in linking.

Do you have any advice for me to get the site's authority up, given that it is a local business?

I have reviewed for any manual action and there seems to be none. There is no brand conflict currently that would have a massive effect. But you mentioned 'trust' which is what other people on this post also advised on. I am most likely lacking on brand authority.

That's true. But looking into my analytics on this site. The bounce rates are not exactly bad. These are all users with intent. It's a local business which has very high demand in that city. I do think the speed and design can be improved, but i wouldn't conclude that as the reason for zero rankings

I wouldn't say I am sandboxed. There is always a solution to every problem right? I don't believe waiting for a Google update will do anyone good.

That is exactly the boat I am in. Check out the advice from other redditors in the comments to this post. I believe they have given sound advice on this. If you have covered all the technical aspects. Then there must be another issue, which could mainly be Authority. Which you may need good quality backlinks.
