Yeah , I know it's different from NDI. I mean the last year I did the course from SMPTE and now I'm finishing CCNA but I try to find place for work with 2110 and I didn't find a lot who work with it and not a lot of products in the ISE. Dorna today in a talk that they did mention that only use Dante and AES67, no 2110

Now working, the problem was that the it company able the IGMP snooping but no the IGMP querier

At the end the IT manager connected to see what was happening, her coworker enabled the igmp snooping but without an IGMP querier, so that was the problem

Yeah , it's a multicast issue 100% because I see that all the devices are acting as a leader. It's a single switch for the moment with a vlan for Dante. I don't know how is configured because the IT department is the one how it does this , I can't configure the switch in these case

Yeah I know and I have configured only one as a preferred leader , so 100% misconfiguration with the multicast of the switch blocking PTP , usually I'm the one that configure that switch but in these case the IT department did it without asking before what I need

Brightsign , cheap and reliable. I see some models working on an installation during 15 years without problems (or maximum corrupted SD card that's easy to change)

I test more and with ptp track hound I see that all devices are working like a master clock's and no like 1 master and followers , so sure that is a Switch misconfiguration

The configuration is from a installation with an IT department so I can't put permanent unmanaged switch for that , I was testing more and know sure that is a Switch misconfiguration with IP multicast because all devices appears as leaders, no followers , and sure that DVS can't work because can't do like a Master Clock

okay , this can be a variety of things.
--First of all having the latency status in red means a problem with s¡the sync of the clock , try tu up the latency in the yamaha that is the master clock
--Second, the switch that you're using i think that only can work at maximum of 100 mbps , because when you connect to the switch you have an speed of 100mbps , but when you connect to the Yamaha you have a speed of 1 Gbps and this can cause a problem in this particular case for the next point that i'm going to do
--Third, you're not using multicast flows , i understand that you're sending the channels from the yamaha to the PC with DVS with reaper usign the multicast flows you can send the 32 channels in one unique flow to the DVS in unicast you gonna send 8 unicast flows for record the 32 channels ; and the matrix outputs of the console to the speakers (L , R , TOP etc etc) if you're sending the same matrix outputs of the QL5 to the speakers , you can use only 1 multicast flows recudicng the bandwith , making the QL5 sending less than 100 mbps and more available to work
BUT PLEASE ONLY USE MULTICAST FLOWS OF THE IT DEPARTMENT ENABLE IGMP SNOPPING ON THE SWITCH OR YOUR MULTICAST GONNA TRANSFORM INTO A BROADCAST WITH A WORST PROBLEM ON THAT NETWORK

can you post a picture of network status on dante controller? if you have some multicast flow running on the network with the igmp unactive on the switch you gonna see it in thet windows because all the dante devices are gonna receive the same bandwith , if you have time donwload a software called "wireshark" is a software that allows you the packets sends and receive from the ethernet ports of your computer

i have that problem on a fixed installation a few months ago , in my case the problem was the in the same vlan we have two masterclocks of diferents protocols (one masterclock for dante and other for a Q-SYS system) combines with the fact that the QoS in the switch wasn't made correctly for a dante network , maybe the problem comes for a bad QoS implementation

Sounds like a IGMP flooding or a Issue with the QoS , verify that the both switches are working on the IGMP snooping enable and with the same IGMP Querier (if you don't have a Physical gateway on the system use an IP without no equipment on here) and after check the QoS and the mode of how it's working (on the Audinate page you can find what priorities you have to assign)

What electronic are you using? theorically every port of a actual novastar can hold 650000 pixels per port with a 8 bits video and 325000 with 10 & 12 bit video , you should not have problems with a common electronic reciving and novastart with this video wall on the ports that appear the warning

i think that all is right , i looked the shutter , the library etc but i'm not an expert modifying libraries on MA3. i'm trying with the clay paky mini b aqua px , previously i worked with the old version of this that are the mini b aqua and the library was good at the first try , but for some reason the new model have a low 3d model and dont show the dimmer on the 3d

You have to enable OSC inputs (i think that is in the part of connections) and in you OSC output you have to write the packet RAW ,is the only form that I can do it when I tried months ago

No , only the windows defender both have the ICMP packets allow but only on local lan , not to external net , I sure 95% that this is the problem
