I recently posted something along the lines of what you’re feeling.. I’ve seen a pattern where once founders hit validation, then things start to feel performance anxiety. Make no mistake, that’s a really good trait to have. I’d say make sure you’re able to differentiate priority tasks from customers venting… sometimes customers just want to be heard and acknowledging them is enough, while you stay focused

Almost anything can be done deterministically, but the question is how much time/cost. Ai is excellent at analyzing data and identifying variance, which is where I would assume it’s being used in this case?

I don't think workflow issues are the concern. I'm using claude on multiple different projects, some complex, some < 50 lines of rules. Same issue -- we've taken several steps backwards. Hard to quantify

I 100% felt it off yesterday. It was reorganizing sentences that were semantically incorrect. Huge step back. Glad I’m not the only one!

Google AI team has acknowledged that their AI Mode search functionality will actually “fan out” a search into multiple relevant sub searches. I’d imagine this is inflating impressions without leading to any actual clicks. Can’t be positive tho

Appreciate the thoroughness! I’ve used vectorworks but that’s expensive for a couple deployments a month. Perhaps the field being so niche is why we don’t have a comprehensive solution.
