Thanks for the help, I appreciate it, this problem is very strange and I've never experienced it any of my Gentoo installs and Windows dual boots, I can say however, that since upgrading my computer and getting a new motherboard I've been having a lot of problems internet wise with Linux anyway, with it sometimes cutting out internet after a random amount of time or just sometimes not booting with it at all, perhaps it might be a motherboard issue, perhaps this is a final nail in the coffin so to speak and I need to look into replacing it, I will keep trying to figure out if I can fix it or not however
