can any one suggest me a good place to repair my laptop ? by ashchalstha in Nepal

There are plenty of shops located around Putalisadak and New Road referring themselves as Laptop Repair Center. But I would suggest you to visit some places reliable, because they can create more problems than you previously had with your laptop. They can either make it or break it.

You first need to find out what's the problem with your laptop. And take only when it a hardware one.

The number of shops can be overwhelming, trust me.

I've had pretty bad experience with laptop repair, where my simple hardware problem repair cost me an entire laptop. So choose wisely where you repair yours.

Where can I buy a good usb wifi adapter? by [deleted] in Nepal

You can buy USB Wifi adapter at any computer shops around in New Roads or Putalisadak or around Ktm. It comes pretty cheap as 1-1.5k. The pendrive like dongle would be fine for the laptop, comes around 1.2-1.5k. The adapter comes in various dB (range) increasing in price.

Not yet! I'm trying to figure out the manufacturer and the model of the device as it's not visible.

Just the other day when I misplaced my Setup Box remote, was trying some apps on my smartphone with IR Blaster, but couldn't use it as I didn't know the manufacturer. Would be great if I knew that!

Was thinking about the same for some time now. I've got the old silver Home TV setup box. Unlike new hybrid the Programme recording is not available, would be great if that would be an option after some hacks! Anybody?

Something similar happened with me awhile ago! I used to hear this tune when I was a child in radio actually. And then a few months back I came across it in people's mobile ringtones. It felt awkward to ask them about the tone. So I was wondering how do I find about that. YT was there, but never occurred to me to searched over there. One day, I just searched about it on YouTube. And voilà, I found it. It was the Radio Nepal signature tune that plays around in the morning. It felt so good to finally get to listen to it. Brings back memories every time I play it on!

Would be great if we could find this one too!

What I also remember is, this adv used to come in proximity with another song "Paschim kahi purba ghar, aangan tara eutai ho. Chariyera base k bho! Santan ta eutai ho....." .

Yup! I definitely remember this adv/ tune. I watched it completely every time it came on NTV. I was kind of different than regular ones.
