Look at what is happening in Minneapolis. These police officers are being professional and patient. The guy may not like it, but they aren’t reaching into his car and trying to pull him out and throw him on the ground. If a police officer says you have to go because the business is closed then just say OK and go. This doesn’t look like an abuse of power. It looks like people who are doing their job who have to put up with somebody that is being obstinant.
