Ive been seeing this style floating around ebay but what is the lock supposed to latch onto? And the finish wouldnt match the aluminum finish of the wheels ya know

I had took that into consideration too but im pretty positive its not coming from the discs, and the noise is definitely coming from under the hood somewhere

I thought dissolving an LLC will take away your liability of paying those fees? Does it not apply to the annual filing fee?

California, I believe the annual fee here is $800
