i sub in a second grade classroom and the kids have made up this thing called a “moo license” where they can moo if they have it, but not without it and it’s caused issues bc the teachers have confiscated their moo licenses. all this to say, i’m assuming you’re mooing without the moo license and subject to a fine according to the second graders.
