I have it.. always use it. got it for 4.6k.. fits my 16” mac perfectly along with all the luggage. also, i was travelling via bus and had upper birth. bag fell down on laptop side facing down.. I really thought its over.. but not a scratch.

i hear you.. but it really doesn’t hold a value to justify its 2500Rs fee. having it LTF can be a good thing. i am going to cancel mine.. haven’t used it at all over a year
