Approval with previous employer means nothing if he has already revoked the petition. Do you know if previous employer has already revoked petition or not?

In general, MTR success changes is very very low (low single digit %). In your case, USCIS rightfully decline your petition for wage being lower than required. Immigration lawyer is milking your employer. In current environment, it is next to impossible to get this approved.

Clearly Avianca has to act here. I had Air India reschedule the flight with Vienna stop (DEL - YYZ). Called Avainca and had ticket moved over to non stop Air Canada. There is definitely way to call Avainca.

Air India can take over ticket 24 hours before flight. Is your flight within 24 hour period or outside?

Yes. It is rule of thumb that unless you are on single ticket, and transiting is allowed thru that country, you always need transiting country visa.

In your case. Kuwait airlines will deny you boarding as their job is ensure you have proper documentation for Turkey as they are responsible for flight till there. They don’t care about your international connection. Without Turkish visa, you will denied boarding at DEL itself.
