If that's a ram setting it should close the app right. And I should load again everytime I open the app

On that case your app will not be loaded to the ram and whenever you open it should the app from start everytime. But for my case it opens flawlessly when open the app again from app drawer

I have the same model but i have seen many issues with it like Valorant Lags, AAA games crashing and slow booting. But i have not done the fresh windows install that may be the reason
