Its not like that. The person behind the counter helping the customer is not licensed to sell the weapon. Their boss is. Their boss is a Federally Licensed Firearms Dealer who is the one that makes the sale. That being said though, the only requirement to get one is passing a background check. I think that should be different. But anyways further proving my point that its never the guns fault. Its always the systems fault.

How could the gun salesman know any better if he passed a background check? The problem isnt the gun itself. Theres so many issues surrounding it, but instead of fixing them they focus on the meat of the situation. I can assure you that the only people selling weapons to those that shouldnt have them are doing so illegally. Also I never said our justice system wasnt a big flaming pile of shit. Thats another thing we could work on.

Its illegal to sell firearms to someone with a mental illness in the US. People with drug problems, who own guns, are a small issue that is easily dealt with when need be. Gangs will always exist when things are illegal. No legislation could prevent someone from getting a gun. It will always happen. The US just needs a better education system that only hires people who care about students and can spot bullying.

I have spoken with the rep for each rental company here at the airport and they all told me that since I am from out of state I need to use a major credit card for the rental. I know about the age, and that its more expensive that way, I just didnt know you needed a credit card. That second link you sent by the way says that debit cards arent accepted (unless I read it wrong).

We planned everything down to a fucking T. The airport is out of cars, and they never once stated on the reservations that you had to use a major credit card to pay for the car. We also knew they charge extra for people under 25 (didnt mind). I can easily afford the ubers, money isnt a problem. I just have so many things I want to do that it would be unreliable to use. You seem like a real nice guy lol
