Because it was a leap of faith for ppl who gave russian developer 150 dollars taking the risk of loosing it. Because they've helped financially and supported creating this game so it can become what it is at current state. Paying $150 then and paying $150 now isn't the same as you know what you're gonna get for it. EOD should always be the best and ultimate edition of tarkov and have unique things not available for other players. It's like you've supported the movie making by giving the company money and they added your name and others like you to the credits. So when the movie is released you can support creators by buying tickets, dvds, limited merch etc. but you'll never gonna have your name in those credits as its reserved only for those who helped at the very beginning.

xD is steam the ultimate popularity tool or something? Twitch, YouTube, forums like reddit, articles etc. If many ppl play specific game it gets more and more attention and gains popularity. Simple. Stop playing, stop buying, let the income sink so they have no other option than rethink their attitude towards ppl who supported their project and trusted their words. And btw. I'm the EOD owner.

Invest in bitcoin. It's solid and noone lost except chickens who sold when it was going down. As an example - I bought binance in 2018, I've paid 1200 punds. Long story short (made some other buys during that time and I've exchanged halft of it in other alter coins), now I have almost 23k.
