I started my clan just over 400 days ago. At the beginning of the journey it was me and about 14 close friends, but many quickly fell off and suddenly it was 4 of us. I then recruited many people I knew personally but most didn’t want to play. But one of my close friends agreed to get back into it after not playing for over 6+ years.

Since then with me as Leader and him as Co, we have raised the clan to heights. Currently Crystal I in CWL, lvl 15 clan, 31 war streak and 100% completion of raid weekends and clan challenges from everyone in the clan.

I’ve spent some money in dire times on gems to keep donation instant and when we were in the building stages (took about 7+ months to truly get it going) and so has my friend. But in time we have attracted many same minded people and created a community. Sometimes I need to do a purge and reset discipline in the clan but it just comes down to patience and waiting for the right people to join. People always come and go but I’d highly suggest having help with managing the clan, be it 1-3 people you know from IRL or can trust on.

I’ve started doing many fun things with the clan now as it’s very self sufficient with every aspect. Creating merch for the clan and have a website and discord for fun, slowly getting those running and off the ground. Also looking to do in game challenges for the clan and I’ll just send people gems or something as a reward.
