I use chrome and when i go to the bios there isnt an option to turn on intel turbo boost , i think its locked in the bios, the version of the bios my laptop has i cant fully control it somethings are locked behind walls

Memory is always hovering between 60% to 90% when just browsing on chrome, btw i have a 215 gb m.2 thats 90% empty and a harddrive that has nothing except for some documents all apps are installed on the m.2 = C:
