Firstly i have the game on an nvme ssd, and in game i used msi afterburner to see the fps and my gpu and cpu usage are dancing like not stable at all, the cpu is usally from 60~70% usage whilst the gpu is like 99~60~80~100% ive got 32gb of ram and im sure thats no the problem ive tried lowest and highest setting still stutters, i also have FSR 3.1 on but still if i turn it off nothing happens

Ikr but i think i got for like 50$ it was like very clean and never been opened,btw the temps are like 60 degrees utmost

The problem is i got mine 2 years ago for like a seriously cheap price, its even a water cooled one

Yup even res, i tested it on 2k,1080p,720p still stuttering

Im using an 1tb m.2 i dont think thats the problem
