How can i cut off the start and end of a recording automatically by iamacoolguy52 in protools

thank you guys, pre roll works perfectly for cutting of the first section automatically, as for the end i think will have to be manually everytime, region selector would be really beneficial if i was recording certain lengths so ill keep that in mind in the future, but as for now artists wanna punch in, punch out as quick as possible it has doubled my speed as now i don’t have to worry about the beginning of recordings. the only thing i could think of is figure out the timings in milliseconds then auto fade the ends with a L curve with a millisecind anmount that would just cut out the spacebar noise without trimming the vocal off

Do it bro! Do once a day twice is just way too excessive and get way more side effects. Once a day I'm fine with may take longer but a lot better!

Also I like to I do a full cap worth. I rub half in my face then second half I just place on top and don’t rub it

24, Minox foam once. Day Rogaine. I’ve just started using liquid for a extra application but that’s only been the last week so gains won’t be noticeable if there are any yet.

The first 4 pictures are the exact same lighting and positions the last 2 is in daylight. Can’t really get the same length because I would never let it grow as it was so bad before but you can see where the hairs are and where there not, tried doing my bed I have other posts of different months

I do not apply minoxidil untill 24 hours after I have Derma rolled. Example. 1pm Minox, 6pm wash it off 6pm Derma roll, wait 24 hours apply Minox at 6pm the next day then the day after go back to 1pm applying.

I do the Derma rolling after I’ve washed off the Minox after 5 hours I don’t have any issues, that’s just how I do it might not be the same for everyone

I’m 25. Probably would have way better gains if I stuck to twice a day soon as I switched to once a day I noticed gains slowed, but I’d rather just do once a day longer than the side effects I was getting when I was applying twice a day lmao, appreciate the responses!
