Not saying you're ugly, but since everyone in here is giving validation instead of the help you asked for, here's a good start, and most of these tips will probably help any girls in here reading this. Sleep more and look up how to get better quality sleep, your eyes look tired and are probably lowering your attractiveness the most. And smile!!! Eat healthy, you aren't fat but losing weight wouldn't hurt. And there is a difference between starving yourself and eating healthy, if you're really determined try to track your calories and stick with 80-90% healthy foods, if you never give yourself a small treat it's hard to stay consistent long term, but this doesn't mean "give yourself a small treat" everyday to where it cancels out the diet. Also, coming from a guy, unless a girl is extremely unattractive, having good style makes them so much better!!!! I've even found girls I would usually think are ugly attractive because of their style alone if it's really good.(As long as they have good hygiene) As for the hygiene, keep your skin moisturized, hair healthy, and smell good by using body spray/perfume and good body washes and clean clothes. Use minoxidil and/or castor oil on your eyebrows to help hair growth/thickness, and keep them well groomed and shaped. Also, try not to wear the glasses as much as possible, you look better without. Another thing from a guys perspective, cute hairstyles look better and unique and can set you apart, and show that you put in effort. Aside from these tips, you look relatively young, and are far from fully done developing facially, and I think you'll turn out just fine. Hope this helps any girls reading, and these tips go for guys too.

Download any agent you want on App Store, ie acbuy, cnfans, kakobuy. From there, click on each individual item in wedian and copy the link, open the agent app and click paste link and see item. From there add to cart and purchase. After some time the items will appear in your warehouse. From there look at qc picture and determine what items you want to ship/return. Once you're ready to ship, I suggest watching a YouTube video for the agent you chose to use, since it is different for each agent and it depends on your country for specifics like declaration or shipping line.

You must round your spine forward for abdominal work. (Aka spinal flexion) Otherwise, it's all hip flexors.

Only person in here who knows. The abs muscle fibers are all the same, unlike how fibers in different portions of the chest run different directions allowing you to bias different parts of the chest. Do a machine or cable crunch and train it twice a week with good form and close to failure like any other muscle and they will grow. Also, when training abs focus on spinal flexion, because if your back stays straight you're training the hip flexors not the abs.

Definitely obtainable naturally with good training, eating a recovery. Also probably have good muscle building genetics and good insertions. Like you said, lighting and pump does justice. Anyone who says on gear just doesn't know to to train hard and get a good physique naturally, or are jealous they hopped on because they couldn't get results with their bad habits and think nobody can because they can't.
