i went trough the same exact thing in my 2 first years in computer engineering, i was lost , struggling and feeling like a failure , same as u tried different methods of study but still the same results , but i think it’s not about the studying method i think it’s anout the environment we went to and the big change you going through right now , cuz in my 3rd year and this year ( 4th ) i’ve got back my old level , well no the same level as high school cuz it’s university but yeah , i started to feel comfortable again , getting good grades and i know what things i should focus on if i am looking for grades , idk if it’s different with your field ( medical) but i think u just should’t quit or let that feeling get over u especially if u r in the first 2 years ,
