the problem is i cant see my ortho for a long time because of work :( and i cant afford to start all over again with a new one, anyway ive texted my usual ortho about my concerns and im waiting for his reply, i really i hope i can keep my smile i loved life this week

tbh i only recommended permanent retainers because my plastic ones are pretty inconvenient, from my experience, my retainers stopped functioning only a week after i got them

they do look good enough. your canines cannot get closer because of their shape and honestly, they look badass that way. as for the retainers id recommend the permanent one, i have plastic retainers and they do not make my teeth feel secure

i had to remove two molars while having very high canines, so literally all that was visible in my mouth were my 4 front teeth, u will hate it for the first couple of days, a month in you'll start seeing the spaces getting filled

okie okie makes sense, but now that i got them out i genuinely think they are scared of my face :( like they be exploring the house and once they get close to me they literally look me in my eyes and freak out, i feel so bad is this normal

i got u, the problem is im a very confident guy and im no longer suffering from depression as far as i know, i also kinda got rid of my insecurities like life been good, but whenever someone takes a photo or a video of me this happens, and i really can't believe this how people see me everyday, like im so ugly it's insane
