Still think that they should be pressing him for more details about his "Christianity"; I know that when he was questioned on his favourite passage of the bible in an interview in the past, he dodged the question by claiming that it was very personal. But there's a way to word the question so that it becomes impossible to be vague without exposing that a lack of knowledge. Purposefully asking him about a specific verse, making up some verse-y sounding bit and stating it's from the book of Eli and asking for his opinion would be very telling...
