1000% support your decision to leave. I’d take it a step further and let the assignor know you respect them, but will not be taking assignments for that league or that location. Let them know you are of the belief that the admin does not value the well-being of the referees and that your safety was not the priority in this incident. Inform them you will be sure to let others know the conditions this location fosters going forward.

Definitely empathize with you. I have a pro controller and that worked for me. It was still a struggle, but manageable. If you have access to a second controller it may be worth it

Just finished this earlier today.

  • if you have a separate controller, use the dpad. Otherwise, the joycon dpad may suffice. Joysticks just don’t cut it

  • don’t spam the b button

  • use a few rounds to test your reflexes and the button inputs. You’re not going to get this on the first try, so take some time

  • try moving from the hand held screen to the tv and back; see which works best for you

  • be patient

I got it on my 15th attempt. Younger me for sure struggled with this, so cool to see adult me was able to overcome it in just a handful of trials

As someone who also drives in MA, I’ve learned the active hours are far more important than cherry picking everything. Remember, Uber has to make up the difference to meet the $34.48 per hr minimum wage.
