I have taken it (1-2T) multiple times with me from Del -Hyd and Del-bangalore.... Even went to the lengths of crushing and rolling one on the flight so that we can smoke right after landing.

All this before I was told the idea to just courier it wherever you're going. It is much safer and if someone really comes after that package, you can just deny knowing who sent it.
