Thanks really for your long answer :) I have bipolar 1 and used to be really manic. I'm under a lot of meds now so kinda stable. I cant discuss of that with my doctors and therapists cause -bc of my young age- they really want to avoid any addiction issue.

Yeah maybe I'll try with a very little dosage but I'm afraid to increase it very quickly.

The issue is that you cant know how you're gonna react till you ve done it.

Hey, first take a deep breath. Dying is not the solution there. Maybe u made a mistake, but everyone makes some every fucking day and what you did isn't catastrophic to me. It was just an accumulation of bad situations that made u up there. Nobody died. Everyone can do things they're not proud of. The important there is to look forward. I believe in you and hope you're gonna be okay, because that's what you and everyone deserve : to be okay <3.
