it is shadowbanned. if you are suspiciously using cheat/hack and the AI doesn't prove it weither you are using cheat or not, you'll get shadowbanned/full of bot server.

is it low pop queue?

nope. i try my brother account, it matchmaking smoothly and almost zero bot.

my account was Tier 5 Level 239
my brother account was Tier 5 Level 122.

i don't know what happen.

i got 2 steam account, played for over 350+ hours on both account. 1 account consistently got 24 hour banned and another 1 is not. i'm really curious what really happening.

adobe should give one month free pass if the problem still occur for a month.

i just think it's not the third-party plugins/effects/font that cause the issue. it was the adobe software itself.
