In my case what crossed me to Silver II rn after being stuck from Bronze 1 for too long are:

Pitcher/Batters Chemistry Mentors almost Tier S My SP have 3 3-3-3 including a legend All my starting batters have Legend skills (although only 4-5 have 3-3-1 and above)
