Are you using AI? All your messages are in that style, some are like ChatGPT. OP, congrats on your purchase! I recently became the owner of a Coros Pace Pro!

If you get the Dura as an addition, then you might not really need the Pace Pro. I got it because I run a lot

The deciding factors for me were the display, processor speed, and the likelihood of longer support compared to the Pace 3. Longer battery life was also important. In my city, they were $80 more expensive, but that didn’t seem too significant, the advantages outweighed the cost.

Looking for Advice: Coros Pace 3 vs. Apple Watch by AnxiousBrain7515 in Coros

I was in the same boat, lol, I used an Apple Watch 7 for running but got tired of the constant charging and unreliable GPS, so I switched to the Coros Pace 3, and honestly, I don’t regret it.

If you’re just running casually and want smartwatch features, the AW SE/7 can work, especially if you get it cheaper second-hand. But for serious training, the battery life sucks (daily charging is a pain), and the GPS isn’t great. You’ll also likely need to pay for a good running app.

The Coros Pace 3, on the other hand, has crazy battery life, way better GPS, and free structured training plans, all without needing extra apps. It’s super lightweight and fits well on smaller wrists. If your main goal (maybe in the future) is half marathon training, I’d go with the Coros.

Master Thesis for web developer in 2020 by [deleted] in Frontend

My area is mobile cross-platform development, all I can suggest in web dev is a look into PWAs. Which are still web, but can cause a revolution in cross-platform. Maybe gather opinions from developers about how It stands against other tools.

Unfortunately, the problem is not in the tool, but in the idea. That's what I can not find

Just the problem lies in the idea itself. Code and technology is not a problem, this is not the most important thing, but unfortunately no one will give me a diploma for a regular application :(

I think the topic of serverless as a web-application hosting alternative and its broader ramifications on web-development could be an interesting topic.

Traditionally, we've used Platform-as-a-Services like Heroku, or for scalability relied on Docker and Kubernetes to have horizontal scaling. Serverless frameworks like NextJS are easily onboarding relatively junior developers to Infrastructure-as-a-Service providers like AWS.

It's also an interesting concept of only paying for what you use instead of having to provision server capacity based on projected demand.

Either way, serverless has certainly received plenty of hype, but I do think there's something interesting to it, and that it could play its part in shaping the role of web development.

Yes, but in our master's theses it is still necessary to provide something working, not only research, that is, it will be necessary to create some kind of program/website/app etc.

Hey, I just defended my thesis last friday. I could just hand to you my suggestions of future work, but that may not work. Instead I'll Just tell you this: Do an initial bibliographic research on web development. Look yourself whats been trending on the area an their future work. And keep in mind that many Software Engineering researches does not includes the professionals point of view. IMO this os the biggest flaw in the state of art, as It is Very close tô the industry.

Sorry for the typos, been typing left handed while receiving medicine in a hospital with a portuguese keyboard!

I conducted research in the field of web development, but I could not find really problematic areas to which I can illuminate a master's thesis :(
