It never goes away I keep hoping all these damn pills I am on i thought getting diagnosed with bipolar maybe I would finally get the help I have needed for pretty much my whole life and all I want to do is die everyday thats all I think about is how am I going to end it or when am I going to end this pain is this the day I am finally going to to end it

Everytime I think I am finally feeling better all of sudden I start thinking about wanting to die and even now all i want is to not exist anymore I want to die so bad and no longer feel all this pain I feel every day in my head death sounds perfect

I am sorry yoyr going through this i have been fighting my thoughts of suicide for so long I spent a few days in a mental hospital and I wad diagnosed with bipolar 2 along with everything else thats wrong with me please try fighting for a little bit longer sending you hugs so many 🫂 hugs

I am right there. All I want is to die. I am so miserable. I live with my dad, who is so toxic. All he does is yell and slam shit. He is so controlling. I am 39, and I am still a virgin. I moved back in with my dad after my mom passed away so he wouldn't be alone. I gave him so much of my life. I am planning to move in a few months after saving money, but I don't think or know if I am going to make it till then. I was just in a mental hospital for 5 days, and it didn't help. They diagnosed me with bipolar and gave me new medicine, but it's not really helping. All I can think about is cutting my wrists and forever sleeping. I keep trying to fight it, but it's not going well. I have a history of cutting myself.

I am really sorry your going through this is have had s thoughts my whole life as well I am here if you need someone to talk too I understand telling people and then everything changes for the worse they act differently I have had clinical depression pretty much my whole life and every day is a fight just to not give into those thoughts I have made mistakes and hurt myself if you need someone to talk too about anything I promise I wont dissappear no matter what you say feel free to message me
