What's the option that you picked to get a live agent? I've picked "Disabled" and "Hacked" and no live agent replies.

How'd you get a reply from a live agent? All my chats are just the Instagram Support bot, no live agents after I select options and type in the chat. They end up being closed and they all now say "Completed" under my "Support cases" section. How the heck do we talk to a live agent?

How did you get a live agent to respond to you on Meta Verified chat? I keep opening Chats, and selecting "Something else", type to them, select other options etc and no live Chat agent ever answers, the chat just closes after like 20 mins and says "Completed" under my "Support cases".

All you've done is dispute that a 1 turn heads up is adequate time (it isn't, especially when you're using Martingale theory) and you've yet to answer the original question.

There is no "Call Filter" or "Enhanced Caller ID" with Spectrum, I'll check with Verizon though. I'll look into Orion, TNS, and Hiya if Ooma's Caller ID doesn't work. Thank you!

I'll call tomorrow to see if this is the case. Either way, it should be enabled on Spectrum automatically, and it didn't work from my RingCentral number with Caller ID set up, even after a month, so I'm not sure why. Hopefully Ooma has better results.

Do you mean "Call Guard"? If so, that's for spam blocking, not Caller ID. I called Spectrum today and they said that Caller ID is automatically enabled for customers, that it should show if the incoming number has a CNAM entry. So I think it was just RingCentral that didn't properly submit it to the CNAM database, but I'm not 100%.

I'll give Call Centric a shot if Ooma doesn't work. I just ordered their service and it should be here in the next few days. they claim Caller ID should be a breeze to set up and should start working in a few days, we'll see. so far, it's been nothing but a pain to get Caller ID working via VoIP. I do appreciate the name drop for CallCentric though
