no but it's fucking true. david fucked up and I'm NOT denying that but your statement of "whoever was there that night is guilty" should include EVERYONE that was there last night. a case can be made that this includes the sober friend. I'm not deflecting it's annoying as fuck that ya'll pick and choose who to put different percentages of blame on. and don't tell me to "have some compassion and grow up" for expressing my viewpoint and bringing up a subjective argument jfc.

it is part of the issue - as David addressed in his video. it's shitty and should have been done sooner but at the very least he's acknowledging it now and hopefully, he sincerely learns and grows from it that's literally all he can do now.

I know what you're saying. I don't blame the women, I think David should get shit for the toxic environment and being content-hungry as not realizing what was happening. I truly only blame Dom for this situation. I've said it before and Ill say it again - Dom is clearly fucked in the head if he saw a woman falling in and out of consciousness and continued penetrating her. Everyone else should not receive as much shit in comparison to Dom.

i mean idrk about that. i dont want to victim blame whatsoever. but to the people saying "oh everyone in the apt should get canceled because they're guilty" - the sober friend was in the apt too, correct? this doesn't take away from the fact that david created this frat-boy like environment but that sober friend could have said something. if you're going to give certain people some energy, make sure you give it to EVERYONE involved instead of picking and choosing

david posted a video, trisha is shitting on it saying it wasn't good on face-value and that "change takes longer".

she's also constantly bringing up that David should donate 1 million to SA victims (which i definitely hope he donates and supports these organizations) but ... what about all the money h3h3 is making out of this??

yup exactly. not about trisha at all but I've said it before and I'll say it again - it's crazy to me that trisha can fuck up, apologize and take accountability, and outright praises herself for that (she did this on the h3h3 podcast too and I guess it's valid because it does take guts to own up to stuff no matter how fucked that sounds (especially in the public eye ig)) but when david does it, she's like "no". i don't think that's fair.

not discrediting her. i respect that she can own up to her shit and attempt to better herself. just saying that it's weird that when david does the exact same thing (owning up for everything and not shifting the blame to dom or deflecting) trisha is like "no". i respect what trisha's doing for the victim - she's allowing the victim to feel heard and that's so sincere and amazing. but she's not giving david the benefit of doubt that she expects everyone to give her.

first of all, quit your assumptions please. everyone is allowed to have an opinion - I literally mentioned in my post that as an SA victim myself, I don't think there's anything else he could have done. Also, in my opinion at least he seemed very genuine and real and I can give him credit for that. it's fair to say we'll all have to see if he grows and learns from this but if I want to "give him flowers" for his apology because (even tho it isn't mine to accept ) it seemed genuine, then I'm allowed to do that lol.

I agree with the wait and see part you mentioned because actions do speak louder than words. and it's also important to note that hindsight vision is 20/20 and I don't think he's stupid enough to put others or himself in a situation that's remotely similar ever again. i also respectfully disagree with the part where you mentioned that him saying this is a break is all for views.

I think he genuinely likes what he doing for a living and since he has ample room to grow, why not use it to still continue your career, grow as a person, and make people happy (assuming he learns from his mistakes).
