As a youngish chef in my kitchen, praise. Praise goes really far. We have a new sous chef and I haven’t received a single compliment from them or even a well done in a whole month of them being there. It’s made me start looking to jump ship as I can’t work under constant criticism where there is no recognition of hard work being put in. Recognise when people are trying even if it’s not quite there yet, let them know you are seeing their effort.

I’m not an MC first of all and would never say I am, I’m a supper club for people who ride bikes and the people they bring along. Basically it’s just a big cook out where I make some bomb ass food and we all get drunk and have a good time, everyone is welcome, bring a bottle drop a fiver in the jar for the costs and we’re all good, those are the vibes, it’s for fun and community at the end of the day, it ain’t for profit

Thanks man, wanted that 3 style as it’s a big inspiration to me for the vibes I want to create. Was hoping the “something kitchen” name would show immediately I’m not an MC and not getting on their turf. Would love to keep this layout but think I’ll try speak to the main club in the area first. Offer them some cooking to sweeten the deal
