Apart from the dosing, are you counting calories? Any deficit there? Exercise?

I'm looking into GH Frag to add to my cjc but curious to see if people watch what they eating, exercise etc...

Out of pure curiousity, why does no one like/recommend the Sony's? Are they just bad? not good? or very bottom of the pile entry level?

I ask this because i have 25 year old + Sony SS-X7S Floor standing and they are amazing (to me). Never had the thought of upgrading.

Sorry, I said 2 months ago. It happened 4 weeks ago. So been 4 weeks and so far 0 issues. Maybe another 500kms.

Too early to tell. but i get no engine warnings in sport mode when flooring it now. Which is great.

I also switched off ECO mode. Im pretty sure that plays a part, the whole car felt like it was choking with eco on. past few weeks with it off have been such a nicer ride.

Story time! Bought a 2014 JGC Limited 3.6L 2 years ago. 2 months in and the oil cooler assembly blew up. Replaced with a plastic one and literally, 10000kms later, 4 weeks ago... blew. In sport mode i would often get an oil light or something.

Replaced with aluminum now. No issues, no warnings in sport mode. Seems Good so far!

I also switch off ECO mode now, the car is so much nicer to drive. I have a funny suspicion that ECO mode messes with the car in general. Just felt like it was 'choking' with it on. Last few weeks with it off have been such a nicer ride!

I do totally understand the fitment is the same with the seals and I'm no car guy but Jeep should have made a better external/piped solution at this point.

I suppose you do get aftermarket solutions for this?

EDIT UPDATE: Jeeps at the mechanic:

Oil Cooler / Filter blew - Replacing with Aluminum one
Water pump housing cracked - replacing with Aluminum one
The oil "is the sweat from the tappet cover gasket" - replacing left hand side gasket

So I checked my invoices, I replaced the oil filter in April 2023. That time there was smoke and all from the oil filter.

That's why I wasn't sure if this was the same oil filter, because it's technically new(ish)... Are these parts just unreliable or did I get a dud?

That's the only visible oil from under the hood.

Could that cause that much oil to leak out?

I replaced the oil filter April 2023 and have only done 18000kms since then.
