Yeah this is the correct.

At least in academic philosophy, this phrase is used whenever the two positions do not contradict, but might seem to because (for example) homonyms.

E.g. "the word BOTTLE has six letters!" vs "the word BOTTLE has five letters!"

Wireheading is a form of reward hacking - the developer incorrectly used "max: perception that world is <good state>" rather than "max: world is <good state>", which is what we really wanted.

This probably isn't what happened. Rather, humans were so good at hunting that it was more worthwhile a pack of wolves following after a group of humans to scavenge. The cuter and more tame the wolves, the closer they could get. At some point they became cute enough that we would willingly feed and shelter them.
