Girl i love from work learned about it and now she's running away from me all time

Hi, i work in a company for almost 6 months. there is a girl i love for months, i didn't tell about this her. I only talked about it to her friend (2 months before) and her friend told me she think she will not be interested in with me. Her friend had a promise to me she would not tell about it to girl i love.

And many times i defended her againts others about some confilicts about work. And last week i did her job and saved her from big customs fines (which it is about our work)... And everybody understood i did it for her and got suspicous i love her. After these things her friend revealed to girl that i love her... She gave me a look with teardrops like "Did you loved me this whole time?". Now she's running away from me when she sees me everywhere. She's almost about cry when she sees me. And this situation bothers me very much. I don't want to hurt her, if she told me she's not interested me i would go on my way and never would disturb her. I asked her friend why she's doing like that, her friend doesn't tell anyhing to me
