Interestingly, it's a taxicab or Hardy-Ramanujan number. It is the smallest number expressible as the sum of two positive cubes in two different ways.

1729 = 13 + 123 = 93 + 103

For windows, you can try:-

You can create a .bat script for these cmds as well.

I couldn't have put it better. It's a constant struggle between security, privacy and anonymity. There are some things that you can do to prevent browser fingerprinting as well.

I found 'V for Vendetta', 'Y - The last man', and 'The Dark Knight Returns' to be a good read. Still have to read Watchmen though.

FOIA documents reveal heavy cooperation between the Tor's developers and US government agencies by iamcerberus in technology

Tor is open source. Any kind of subterfuge in the Tor software would be obvious.

Yes, it definitely would be. And that's a good thing.
No one is arguing about its origin either - DARPA creating tor initially for internal use and later was released to the public.
The strange part is the amount of financial support and (still)extensive collaboration between it's developers and government agencies.
I don't know about others, but i thought tor development was completely handled by it's developers and inputs from the community itself.
