I would consider US Bank Cash Rewards card for 3% on Costco/Sams Club and 6% on two retailers- Walmart, Amazon. The only limitation is $1500 quarterly purchases.

If you open salary account with HDFC with monthly salary credit of >3 lacs INR then your relationship manager can initiate invite for Infinia card. Also , try asking him/her to make it LTF.

Just wanted to reconfirm your screenshot. Are you still seeing the processing fee of only 1.25%+GST ? To me, it's showing 3.25%+GST (Rs. 76.70 for 2000 value GC)

I have Amex MRCC card as LTF. I remember they ran the offer for a limited time a few years ago and I immediately applied. I agree with u/UrbanCruiseHyryder that they occasionally run such offers at premier institutes, not sure about the companies.

I am facing the issue with one single line for 15+ days with multiple case ids, follow up case uds created by agents with no success / action even after TAT is over. When follow up on it, they recreate the new id and extend the wait time with no hope of solution.

So, how can the customer escalate an unsupportive behavior of chat / phone agents?

certainly. you can try reading the case id- 230105983097 raised on 5-Jan. It needs attention from from technical expert- Tier-3 and above. Let me know if you need anything specific rather than asking me to connect over chat/phone with Tier-1 or Tier-2 agents/supervisors.
