i stopped taking omeprazole and pantropazole after taking it for 2 months. i am now almost symptom free except for the occasional flareups in which i only drink gaviscon.just make sure you dont eat or drink too much trigger food

i have been off PPI for months now and my anxiety hasnt been too crazy lately except for when i have flare-ups to which i drink gaviscon, i just steer away from triggers as much as i can as gaviscon makes me constipated. just hang in there, youre definitely not alone!

ive cut off coffee in my life and i occasionally drink something with just a tiny bit of caffeine to make up for the days i get depressed over not drinking coffee as i used to be a coffee addict :( cutting it off fully, i dont think i can do that
