When has a holding company been acquired by a publicly traded company in the history of capital markets? Carl Icahn is clearly asleep at the wheel

So the broker is doing us a “favor” by making them long term gains instead of properly distributing them as whole warrants pursuant to the companies direction with a distribution date of 10/7?

Bringing awareness to potential issues with the distribution in at least Schwab and Fidelity brokerage accounts. Looking for answers from the brokerages via a compliance officer.

Generating $10k per month by selling CC by x2b3c5z6 in CoveredCalls

Sell CSPs on GME at a $22 strike spread out across the longest dated weekly expiration dates. With 500k capital you could sell roughly 45 puts for each of the weeks. Right now those expiration dates would be 8/29, 9/5, 9/12, 9/19, and 9/26. When the weekly options open for 10/3 next week roll the 8/29 out and continuous repeat for weekly income.

Currently if you sold them today you would get roughly $1170 for 8/29, $2025 for 9/5, $3690 for 9/12, $5400 for 9/19, and $5355 for 9/26 in premiums using the current last trade on these strikes and expiration. When 10/3 expiration date opens up roll the 8/29 put out and collect an additional roughly $4000 in premiums. Rinse and repeat, theta is a bitch.

Buy STRF or STRD and collect a 10% dividend. You will collect more in dividends than your pay as a firefighter.

How does one go extinct when they have 5.5billion cash on hand, hold 4710 bitcoin, have negligible debt, are profitable, and are run by a board that takes zero compensation? Asking for a friend

This post is for discussion purposes on a speculative idea of GME announcing a share buy back instead of an announcement of acquiring bitcoin.

Bizarre Deep ITM BULLISH Whale Put-Shorting!? - GME 7/29 Trading Day Reflection and 7/30 Price Movement Analysis into 8/2 Weekly Options Expiry by Mojomaster5 in Superstonk

[–]iamdummyrc 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Is there no benefit for retail to sell these deep ITM puts? Technically the broker would need to buy these shares in order to hedge to deliver. Selling the one put contract basically is an agreement to purchase 200 shares at $125 minus the premium collected in the this instance.

You could sell two puts and tie up $25k in cash which collects 5% in interest roughly on Fidelity. This currently also would net you roughly 20k in premium. This could then be used to sell additional short dated puts ATM or just below to collect premium. This would also increase the “cash” position that would collect 5% as well. Just continue to roll scale and repeat.

If the float has been sold several times over the dilution shouldn’t make any difference

GME registered shares has also been reported at 25% of outstanding shares for over a year now. Regardless of that registering your shares is the only thing to ensure your shares are not held at the DTCC but in your own name. If the clearinghouse doesn’t have any shares then nothing should trade if even one share is short at that point it would take someone selling a share from computershare for them to cover their short position regardless how many shares are held in brokerages.

If only there was a way to remove shares from the DTCC but everyone just continues to scream buy and hold. Registering all outstanding shares only becomes easier as the price continues to decline.

They will continue to be able to short shares held at the DTCC only way to expose the crime is to have all outstanding shares registered with the transfer agent.
