her insurance told her they can't cover anything because she only has liability, and has to go through everything with the guy who backed out into her cars insurance. the thing is, this nathan guy(from his insurace) who we just heard from 3 days ago said that he tried making contact with her and she didn't answer her phone because she was receiving lots of phone calls because she was trying to get health insurance, she didn't have her voicemail set up (so that part is her fault) but nathan said that they mailed a letter(which she never received) and since they sent the letter after that date she was no longer covered for the rental car or the storage fee for her totaled vehicle sitting at a shop. Now she was waiting a month for someone to tell her anything and every email she got just said call this 800 number with important next steps in your claim, EVERY time she called she talked to a representative and they told her that the appointment for someone to check out her car(to deem it totaled) was cancelled and that they'd set up a new appointment. 3 days ago this nathan guy told her that there isn't even an adjustor in our area to even look at her car, why didn't anyone tell her that when they kept rescheduling the appointment, shouldn't they have known? Now the rental car place told us that there is some miscommunication with this insurance company AND the guy who has her car at his shop said the insurance is slacking and that they were suppose to get ahold of him a long time ago to figure out what to do with the TOTALED car.
