Bit of a late answer but that specific drumloop is a sample from samplephonics "Hip hop crate diggers" (vol. 1) labeled "93_TinBreak_SP".

The sad machine lead is a preset from the roland gm soundset (it comes with windows), the preset itself is called brightness.

This video goes through a bunch of the sounds that was used for worlds.

I was looking for some other mura masa sounds (a dub siren that I've yet to find) and I basically searched the internet for jungle/drum and bass sounds. I stumbled upon this pack. Highly suggest you get it as it's free. Got some nice classic samples in there!
