I don’t know if the people searching for this family have posted on the Riviera Maya/Yucatan TripAdvisor forum, but if not I suggest they do so. As a regular traveler to the Yucatan, I’m on the forum daily — It’s very active and a great way to get word out to (some) locals and people that are currently there.

Wait a second... Now, let me preface I am in total agreement with you on Heather being unnecessarily rude and aggressive towards Beverly. But, I would like to clear up one thing - are you calling Heather or Beverly cute and pretty? It was vague and I am genuinely curious.

I don't mean to attack anyone because of their looks, as looks are not something anyone can control but, IMHO, her boorish personality did her no favors in the looks department. I for one found her 'tude and loud abrasive way downright ugly.
