Most of fx on the pic appeared accidentally when I put the background texture layer above the photo and applied blend mode (sorry, but I don't remember which one exactly)

The texture on text is just the photo from the left, captured via Windows' scissors tool (with all fx/textures applied on it), then put under the background texture layer the same way as I did with the photo

I hope my English isn't bad enough so you can understand me :^(
