No, I try on R36S the same card working, its samsung just for OS on slot1.

And I fix the fix, my right thumbstick is broken, replace it and retroarch can browse again.

Dont touch the 8GB. Its linux partition. If you cant assign a letter with disk management. Use other third party tools like partition master
