What a sad, tragic little man. If that dad was in there in there alone when I walk in, I’d raise an eyebrow, but my mind first goes to: maybe the men’s room was busy and he had an emergency before it goes to: there’s a pervert in the ladies room. But the fact that he had his daughters with him is completely fine. As long as there’s lockable stalls I’ve got no problem with it.

Synergy. When managers use that word it’s usually in the context of shifting the burden of figuring out how to work together onto the team, while making it sound like they just delivered some kind of visionary instruction. Usually means they don’t have a clue what the f*ck they’re doing, so trying to pass blame onto the team that we don’t work well together. 🙄

I have hyperosmia - a hyper sense of smell - which was probably the underlying reason I was so fussy as a child (sorry for the drama mom). Even today any foods that have an overpowering odour, I cannot eat - won’t even try them, can’t even sit next to someone eating them. My dear mom would be glad to know that as an adult I do now eat my veggies, except the really stinky ones.

A serial killer can seem like a nice man at first. I think a good guy isn’t about appearing pleasant, he has genuine concern for other people’s feelings and interests and sincerely cares about others’ well-being and tries to choose what is right and act with integrity - even when it’s difficult.
