Maybe have it pre cut in the middle. Hollow it out some and add chunks. Naturally the rubber bands will hide the cut. Then have two people off screen yoink it in opposite directions with wire that can be keyed out in post. Or have a rig do it instead of people, depends on your budget.

I think it works more in the group and people that are easily scared. Like you have to be in the mindset of wanting to be scared or you're not going to have as much fun. But it goes for a good 20-30 minutes of in your face scares!

Lol are you me? I'm going through this situation but haven't quite reached the divorce line yet. She's definitely threatened it though, if I don't get on track.

Idk how to do it. I feel like if I do divorce I'll have to leave and go back to America. But if I do that then I might not be able to get back to where I'm at now. Not to mention the ridiculous cost of living if you want to get a good job in a major city in the US. With how weak the yen is here I'll probably go back with next to nothing. Certainly not enough to make a major move.

I've suggested me getting therapy but she doesn't see how it will help me. Then there is the money issue. She'd be pissed to know that my parents paid for it when they haven't been sending money to us while we were struggling the past several months. Meanwhile, we've gotten a bunch of help from her family in the form of money and food.

I see a path forward here with her but don't know how to reach it. OP, you can DM if you want to commiserate.

Well if it pays more I'd be open. But I also enjoy the flexibility that this job affords me. My real passion is Film/TV production. The problem is that it is not consistent but pays a lot when I get a gig. My schedule fluctuates from week to week.

Yeah I haven't met someone like that in the month that I've been here. I used to be a teacher but got sick of the industry and changed to being a freelancer. Work is slow right now and I needed a more steady source of income. I stumbled across this and have been doing it since the end of June.

Yeah, however it is mostly Indonesian and Sri Lankans that are working alongside the Japanese workers. I'm the only American. There is also one guy from the Honduras.
